1. General Information

All pieces are handmade by me (Nadia Hall). Each item is one-of-a-kind and will naturally have small variations in colour, texture, and shape. This is normal for handmade work and not considered a fault.

2. Customs & Deposits
 

• Custom (made-to-order) pieces require a 20% non-refundable deposit before I begin work.

• Once the deposit is paid and I’ve purchased materials and/or started your piece, the deposit cannot be refunded.

• I will only begin your project once your deposit has cleared.

• The remaining balance is due before shipping.

3. Timeframes
 

• All turnaround times are estimates.

• Needle felting is a slow craft (50–100+ hours per piece), and I’m chronically ill, so delays may occur.

• I will always keep you updated, but I do not guarantee specific completion dates unless clearly agreed in writing.

4. Changes & Revisions
 

• Minor changes may be possible during early stages of creation.

• Major changes (e.g., character swaps, entirely new accessories, pose changes) may incur additional cost or may not be possible depending on progress.

• Once felting is complete, changes cannot be made.

5. Pricing
 

• Prices vary by size, detail, materials, and complexity.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days.

• Payment is accepted via PayPal for all customers, or bank transfer for Australian customers.
   

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
 

Because my work is handmade and often customised:
 

• No returns or refunds for change of mind.

• No cancellations once work has begun.

• If you cancel before I start, your deposit remains non-refundable.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can assist.
   

7. Shipping
 

• Items ship via Australia Post (standard unless otherwise arranged).

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• I am not responsible for delays, lost parcels, customs fees, or international taxes.

• Express shipping can be arranged for an additional cost.
   

8. Safety
 

My felt pieces are collectible art and contain small parts, wire, adhesives, and/or magnets. They are not toys and are not suitable for children.
 

9. Use of Images
 

I may use photos of your custom piece on my website or social media. If you prefer I don’t, just let me know.
